United StatesThe boxes are assembled beautifully and the contents were perfect. An adjustment in the shipping packaging needs to be adjusted. One of the personalized boxes arrived with the corner crimped like it was dropped. I'm positive it was grom the handler because there was only packaging material on the top. The rest of the surrounding box is unprotected.

United StatesQuality of tumbler, robe and box were amazing. My only complaint is they were incorrectly boxed, so my matron or honor robe was actually in my maid of honor box. They have the same initial so it was an easy mix up but it was definitely a bit awkward when my bridesmaid asked me “ is this suppose to be for —-?” And then I had to swap out robes luckily I hadn’t mailed out the Matron of honors box yet.
